Atlantic Salmon

Canadian "Fish Royalty"
Salmo salar or Atlantic Salmon. Because of its low tolerance
for polluted water, the Atlantic Salmon has become an international
symbol of wilderness and healthy rivers and if anything, there is
plenty of that in Canada.
You will fish surrounded by beautiful scenery, as the salmon fisheries
we target are remote and pristine.
Fishing for Atlantic Salmon
Most often fished with a fly-rod, Atlantic salmon also takes lures, however local "secret weapon" is roe suspended under a small bobber. On a fishing line, the Atlantic Salmon has few peers! It runs hard and fast, leaping clear of the water, offering the angler an unforgettable thrill. Canada is the largest producer of Atlantic Salmon in the world and this species of fish remains the most sought-after by non-resident fishermen visiting Canada each year.
